Yet another vindication of social networking.
After 9/11 the USA had the world’s sympathy and support. In typical fashion it managed thereafter to turn a big plus into a huge minus. Anti American sentiment has never been stronger around the world.
Fuckup after fuckup in foreign policy. And we in Oz continue to tag along, holding on to the coat tails of America.
On the positive side we have wikileaks, a true agent of democracy. Let’s hope that Geoffrey Robertson succeeds.
