The dreaded Stats Post

How went January 2012? Well, weatherwise Giant heatwave delivers hottest January on record and quite a few of my posts last month reflected that.

On the Floating Life blogs Sitemeter’s verdict is steady as she goes, pretty much: 5,186 visitors compared with 4993 in December 2012 but 6,041 in January 2012. There were 7,160 page views. English/ESL is fading though – not surprising as it is merely an archive now: 3,904 page views in January 2013 compared with 4,054 in December and 6,106 in January 2012. However, it can still surprise.  There were 12,991 views in March 2012. It will be interesting to see if it picks up again this school year.
